February is cherry month and what better way to celebrate is there than making some decadent desserts with some sweet cherries?
Chocolate Covered Cherries
- 60 maraschino cherries, preferably with stems
- 3 tbs. Butter, softened
- 3 tbs. Corn syrup
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 pound chocolate confectioners' coating
Drain the cherries and then set them on paper towels to dry.
